It's unacceptable to wait 30 days for a refund. You have to pay in advance, which adds to the frustration. This company is a complete hassle! Holding on to a customer's money for almost a month after receiving returns is unreasonable and reflects poorly on the service. I expect prompt action and clarity on when my refund will be processed.
