I initially ordered everyday booties and was very pleased. However, my second order for snow booties was a letdown; they were made from very thin material that tore after just half an hour of walking in the snow, resulting in numerous holes and stitching issues. When I requested a refund, the customer service was unhelpful. A representative named Andrea informed me that they don’t provide refunds on used items. I disputed this response, but she stopped replying. How was I to know they wouldn’t hold up without using them first? I feel misled, as these were not what I expected. My dog's claws are well-groomed, and he doesn’t drag his feet; he’s young and active in the snow, using them on the appropriate terrain. The delivery and sizing were fine, but the poor quality rendered the product unusable.
I can't find anything wrong with the non-stop harnesses, leads, and belts. I own several products from this company, and each one is top-notch, fitting perfectly! They are extremely well-crafted, and I’m very satisfied! I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially for canicross, to ensure your dog has the right harness!

I ordered a lined raincoat that looked fantastic upon arrival. However, after just three days, it tore significantly, and my warranty claim was denied, labeled as wear and tear from snagging. If your dog is adventurous, I advise against this coat. We have another raincoat from a different company that costs much less and withstands everything our dog encounters. If you want style, go for this coat; if you need practicality, save your money and look elsewhere.

It's unacceptable to wait 30 days for a refund. You have to pay in advance, which adds to the frustration. This company is a complete hassle! Holding on to a customer's money for almost a month after receiving returns is unreasonable and reflects poorly on the service. I expect prompt action and clarity on when my refund will be processed.
The coats and fleeces are unmatched in quality and fit; they look fantastic and allow full movement for the dog. However, the harness, lead, and collar we bought did not meet the same standard. The materials used are subpar, especially the clips and fabric. Compared to another brand at a similar price point, theirs is significantly better.
