I initially ordered everyday booties and was very pleased. However, my second order for snow booties was a letdown; they were made from very thin material that tore after just half an hour of walking in the snow, resulting in numerous holes and stitching issues. When I requested a refund, the customer service was unhelpful. A representative named Andrea informed me that they don’t provide refunds on used items. I disputed this response, but she stopped replying. How was I to know they wouldn’t hold up without using them first? I feel misled, as these were not what I expected. My dog's claws are well-groomed, and he doesn’t drag his feet; he’s young and active in the snow, using them on the appropriate terrain. The delivery and sizing were fine, but the poor quality rendered the product unusable.
