The customer service takes 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS to respond and seems completely clueless. I ordered a table: I received the correct tabletop but the wrong legs (incorrect color). They sent a second shipment, which included a second tabletop but no legs. A third shipment provided the correct legs, but upon opening all the boxes, BOTH tabletops were damaged. As a result, I have been TWO MONTHS without a table and my home is filled with countless packages.
