AVOID AVOID AVOID I ordered two rugs on November 16, 2025. Initially advised delivery for December 9, 2025, but the date slipped to December 12 and then never arrived. I'm still waiting. Customer service takes 5-7 business days to respond, which is poor—especially since I still have no response. I've ordered from elsewhere to ensure I have my items in time for Christmas. At some point, I will seek a refund before involving my bank. Another faceless company pretending to be a legitimate retailer online. AVOID AVOID AVOID
