I am still encountering difficulties with the refund from this company. A total of 143 SAR was deducted from my account, but I have only received 36 SAR back. The remaining 107 SAR has not been refunded yet. The company suggested I delete my review in exchange for a refund, but I have yet to receive the full amount. This review is based on my real experience, and I am still waiting for a complete refund.
