They unlawfully deducted 470 euros from my account, despite my not making any purchases from this store. I have repeatedly provided bank transfer statements as proof of my claim and requested the return of the money taken from me. However, all I receive are meaningless AI-generated responses. Stay away from this store; your accounts may be at risk. It feels like a major fraud.
I didn't have any prior experience with this application. I won some gifts, and then they unexpectedly took money from me. I didn't understand why, so I immediately requested to cancel the service. Please cancel my membership and refund my money, thanks.
