I am currently having trouble with a refund from the company. A total of 143 SAR was taken from my account, and I have only received 36 SAR back. The remaining 107 SAR has not yet been refunded. The company asked me to remove my review to receive a refund, but I still have not gotten the full amount. This review reflects my true experience, and I am still waiting for a complete refund.
