I can certainly echo what others have mentioned. This service is a complete scam. The few client referrals I've received have been from distant locations or clients unrelated to my coaching area. The "Smart Match" system is utterly ineffective. The referrals are completely unusable, and the customer service shows no intention of providing refunds. They complicate the cancellation process and will continue to charge your card even after you've expressed your desire to cancel the so-called service. It's quite an expensive service with no returns, just stress.
