I can echo what many have already pointed out. This service feels like a scam. The few client referrals I've received were either from overseas or irrelevant to my coaching niche. The so-called "Smart Match" system is ineffective, making the referrals worthless. Additionally, the customer support shows no willingness to process refunds. They complicate the cancellation process and may continue to charge your card despite your requests to stop. Overall, it's a costly service that offers nothing in return, only frustration.
I suspect this is a scam. I signed up and paid $1 for the "free" platform, which isn't genuinely free if I paid. I received an email instructing me to "complete my free listing" that led me to higher paid packages. When I attempt to log in and click on the "forgot my password" link, they send a vague email asking if I have any questions. Shortly after signing up, I received three calls with an automated message and an influx of text messages (until I responded with STOP). Terrible platform, exploiting those trying to assist others.
Customer service and support are commendable! I've consistently received honest and informative responses. As someone who has gone through significant trauma and is trying to assist others with a book and healing method I developed, I was hoping this service could provide leads without pursuing them on social media. However, I found that despite following up on every lead, even those related to mental health or trauma, this platform seems more focused on coaching for life or work changes. Unfortunately, I never heard back from the few clients I was referred to.
I was among the unfortunate individuals who joined just before a takeover (without any prior indication). The new management is a complete scam. They no longer respond to emails, removed the feature I paid for that allowed self-recommendations to potential clients, and all the leads provided were from distant regions. I never received a response from any recommended clients. They have not honored the money-back guarantee I signed up for and have ignored my messages. Warning: scam. I am 95% sure this business will fail within the year due to poor management.

I also chose this platform for the guaranteed earnings equal to the annual subscription fee OR a guaranteed refund. They altered these terms without notice and did not honor existing users' rights. Honestly, I am incredibly disappointed and feel misled. I wouldn't want anyone else to make the same mistake I did by subscribing, as they offer little of real value. A massive disappointment. Update: Weeks after submitting my refund request, I'm still being told that “required questions are missing,” despite completing the form fully on the same day. The refund process is still delayed.

During this time, I received seven “referrals,” none of which were viable. The quality of leads was extremely poor, often lacking information, responsiveness, and any indication of being real, engaged potential clients. Not a single lead replied to outreach attempts. The SmartMatch system sounds promising but only asks superficial questions, making meaningful matching nearly impossible. When I requested a refund based on the policy active at enrollment, I was told the guarantee no longer applies due to new ownership, even though it was in place at the time of purchase. After five months, the platform has yielded zero ROI and has not delivered the promised value. It seems the real revenue model is selling subscriptions to coaches rather than connecting them with qualified clients. I'm sharing this to prevent other coaches from wasting their money and hopes.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Don't waste your time. This service is a scam. I responded to every recommendation they sent and proactively submitted my profile to several clients weekly, as advised. No responses, no matches, no referrals, and now they've changed their refund terms. THIS SERVICE IS A SCAM, exploiting hardworking coaches. Report it.
I signed up eight months ago and got only one client. If you're a professional coach serious about your work, your clients likely aren't here. They recently updated the platform, and the requests from people are now broader, like "I want to improve my life" or many with mental health issues that would require therapy more than coaching. I wouldn't recommend this platform if coaching is your primary focus.
Like so many other coaches, I didn't realize this was a scam until too late. Their client/coach matching makes zero sense because they gatekeep on both sides, making it nearly impossible to generate actual paying clients. And they refuse to honor a refund. Please don't give this company your money!!--As noted in their response, they won't honor a refund. They also acknowledge their website is overly saturated with coaches, making clients search for you like a needle in a haystack. I was informed (after I paid), that even if a client is referred to you, there is a 25% chance they will hire a coach. It's simply not worth your investment, coaches!
