I joined based on clearly advertised features, including the ability for coaches to actively reach out to potential clients. After my annual membership was paid, this core feature was removed. I also chose this platform for the guaranteed earnings equal to the annual subscription fee OR a guaranteed refund. They altered these terms without notice and did not honor existing users' rights. Honestly, I am incredibly disappointed and feel misled. I wouldn't want anyone else to make the same mistake I did by subscribing, as they offer little of real value. A massive disappointment. Update: Weeks after submitting my refund request, I'm still being told that “required questions are missing,” despite completing the form fully on the same day. The refund process is still delayed.
