Extremely disappointing experience with the service. My order was delivered in a terrible condition, making it inedible. I filed a claim right away and provided all necessary evidence, yet I have received no response or refund despite daily reminders. The lack of accountability and communication is appalling for a company of this size. They are quick to take your payment, but when issues arise, their support is unresponsive. I am considering stopping my orders and possibly cancelling my credit card due to this unresolved situation. Customers deserve better than being ignored for weeks.
