Lost credits due to lack of information

There was no indication of an expiry date for my credits, which showed as earned but expired at checkout. When I reached out to their service for clarification, I received unhelpful responses. The overall support experience was frustrating, with agents unable to assist effectively. Additionally, the game had numerous glitches that cost me money. I spent a lot of time on it only to find my credits expired without warning. The service fees for delayed cart items are also excessive. Very disappointing experience.
