There was no support or understanding, and the customer team failed to communicate effectively, forcing me to repeat my issue to five different representatives over ten days. They requested a photo of the product to assess its quality, which is impossible to convey visually since it's more about the experience than a defect. The team is unwilling to provide any assistance after making the sale.
