Since I paid in cash, the platform informed me that if I returned it, the refund would only be available as credits for future purchases on their site. I decided against returning it and opted to keep it instead. I advise caution when dealing with this platform, as I've had multiple negative experiences involving counterfeit items. While their food delivery and quick services are commendable, the e-commerce aspect leaves much to be desired. I would personally recommend steering clear of it. Although the platform claims to have regulations and penalties for sellers regarding counterfeit goods, those measures were not in place during my experience, leading to significant frustration.
