I placed two orders on 13 November and paid immediately in Litecoin. Both orders have been stuck on “Processing” ever since. No updates, no shipping notice, nothing.I sent multiple emails to customer support, including through their recommended “Cryptocurrency Error” channel. Not a single reply. Not even an automated acknowledgment.Their website says orders ship Monday–Friday and that crypto orders must be confirmed by 2–3pm EST — fine. But it’s now been weeks, and they clearly don’t honor their own timelines or bother replying to customers who already paid.Right now, this feels like a black hole:They take your money and then disappear.Until they fix their customer service and actually ship paid orders, I wouldn’t recommend buying from them. There are other suppliers who at least respond when you reach out.
