Prior to my last order on May 1, 2025, I had placed several orders and everything went reasonably well. I had read negative reviews claiming this vendor is a selective scammer or just wildly inconsistent. I suppose it was just a matter of time. Last order received in early May appears to be a contaminated product (the oxiracetam powder is nothing like what I have received in the past from this vendor and from others). I sent several emails simply asking for them to review the batch and explain from their perspective what happened. All of my emails have been ignored, and now a month has passed. Why not just issue a credit, or explain your position? Very easy to do. Disappointing.
