I am really confused by the bad reviews on here. I came across this page on Trustpilot while looking at another site, so I wanted to post. I have used this site for years and have never once had a bad experience. Probably about 15 orders and never once had a problem with shipping or quality of product, and I have been around for a while and know good from bad. All I can say is that there was a time or two where I never got an order confirmation but ended up getting my packages anyway, but that has not happened recently. I think people expect too much these days, Amazon has spoiled us to expecting everything at our door within hours of ordering and when it does not happen they go off the handle. Just my opinion.
