I've been a customer since 2020 and have had good experiences for the most part.However, whenever there was an order problem the Support team was almost completely useless. It would take at minimum 1 week for them to even acknowledge your issue - they would just blame USPS and tell you it's on the way (even when tracking showed no parcel was received). It would typically take 2-3 weeks for them to finally communicate with their warehouse to determine the delay and another week to get the order shipped. They always do eventually refund or reship it's just an extremely frustrating and nerve-racking process. Thankfully over the last 4 years, only a handful of orders have had issues.
