I received the confirmation email after placing my order, but then I heard nothing. There was no tracking information and no replies to my messages. Unfortunate experience

Do not expect timely responses. I used their payment system, and they cannot find my payment, even though it cleared my bank account. They refuse to issue a refund despite showing them the transaction. This has been the worst experience I've had with a service.
