I asked on email provide aswell return address but after 5 days to try get it and writing emails, they only are negotiating the amount of money to return and have not provide any address. On their webpage they have provided Trustpilot true positive costumer comments, but once I was looking for them here, couldn't find them. Please be aware that they do not want back pregnancy pillow and will not give a full amount refund.Really disappointed.
