Literally ordered my shoes in September. Still have yet to receive them. After contacting customer service numerous times, they don’t respond and when they do respond it’s completely useless information. I’ve asked for a refund which they’ve said they can’t do. I’ve asked to speak with someone higher up who could better accommodate, they don’t reply. Literally wasted 100 dollars and they simply have stolen the money from me. Absolutely ridiculous. Going to the bbb next.

It is a good camera but that's all

It is a good camera. Eventually got it stuck to window using double sided tape. Using adhesive strip provided meant the camera falling off after an hour or so.Camera useless in sun and strong lighting conditions. Position in my house is facing south and we have a security light on the house opposite which is on all night.There is a regular cost due to an annual amount totalling $80 per year to store footage on the Cloud. More than my Arlodoor bell camera costs.

They don't deserve 1 Star for their…

They don't deserve 1 Star for their Customer Service is just a fake front that does nothing to assist the customer. I placed an order and 8 weeks later still haven't seen anything. Requested multiple times for cancellation when there was no activity only to be told the order is shipping. Still nothing arrives and they refuse to provide a refund.

Trash company with the worse customer service

If I could give less then 1* best believe it would be a negative 10. They lie on their site saying the sell wise shoes, I even gotten a size larger because of being steel and don't want it rubbing on my toes. The even I open the package and tried on the shoes I could barely get my foot in and it was tight on the sides and as expected I stood up and could feel the steel on my big toe. I immediately sent an email to them they say 24-48hrs respond time 8 days go by I try again then it took 6 days before someone responds finally then they offer a partial discount to keep something I can't fit. I'm like no I want a full refund and send me an RMA for return never heard back they just cut all communication. This company lacks any customer service and I'm sure all them 5* reviews are paid for and fake reviews. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL GIVE YOU SO MUCH RUN AROUND AND LEAVE YOU ON THE SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY WITH NO HELP. I usually don't give bad reviews but I don't recommend nothing from noozier.

Money was stolen.

Return policy is unreasonable.

I received what the manufacturer claims is a size 13. The shoes were maybe a size 12 or smaller. When I made a request to return the shoes they provided a return address in China. Shipping cost, out of my pocket, was estimated at $269.38, best price I could find. I could only communicate via email and was told the only other option was a 15% rebate to keep the shoes. They claim that they provided the size I asked for so my cc company would not reverse the charge. Even though they claim to be based in the USA they will only receive returned merchandise to China and the customer must cover the cost. I still purchased a larger size because I like the shoes, but buyer beware!

I ordered my shoes on 03/29/2025 and as of today, 04/15/2025, I still do not have my shoes. I have sent 2 emails, and other than an automated reply, I have not heard from anyone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.UPDATE: 04/26/2025 My shoes finally arrived on 04/17/2025. I wore them once, most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. I have sent 3 emails asking them how to return the shoes with no response from the company. I recommend you still STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Bought two Turbo Shower Heads

Bought two Turbo Shower Heads. The problem is the shower heads have no turbo to them. Both are a piece of junk. I would NEVER recommend or buy anything from this company. They really stepped up and offered me a 10% refund if I kept them and did not return them. A WASTE OF MONEY.

Avoid avoid avoid!

Avoid avoid avoid.I seriously regret ever buying from them. They used targeted ads based on searches I’d made at a vulnerable time and because of a parenting insecurity. This company is a full on scam. They want your money and more for an item that can be found 75% cheaper elsewhere. I followed targets ads on Instagram and now cannot find the items anywhere on their website. I can only find the item when it comes back up as a targeted ad. Items are shipped from China, they don’t reply to emails and have multiple things like ‘30 day money back guarantee’ and refund policies that if you don’t look closely you’ll get caught out on. For example refund within 30 days of purchase, but 1-4 weeks shipping (from China) so you it’s likely you won’t have item within 30 days of purchase. They don’t respond to emails quickly, ignore cancellation requests, ignore refund requests offering small percentage refunds so as to ‘save you paying the shipping costs to return’.
