After the trial, it attempted to charge $42 — fortunately, my card was empty at that moment. Later, the service kept charging my card even though I had forgotten about the account. When I first reached out to the support team for a refund, I was told “no refunds.” Subsequently, I received another message indicating that they couldn’t cancel my subscription and that I had to do it myself, along with instructions. This appears to be a manipulative strategy aimed at confusing and trapping inattentive users. It took two months of persistent attempts to cancel everything. Only one representative ultimately resolved the issue, fully canceled my subscription, and deleted my account. I didn't receive my money back — and I can only hope I won’t incur further losses. Overall, the experience was very negative, though one genuine support agent did eventually assist me effectively.
