When I disabled it, the packet loss was eliminated, but I still had elevated ping. In another instance, the service failed to stabilize my connection and worsened my ping and packet loss. When I contacted customer support, they provided initial troubleshooting methods, but those didn’t help. Their final suggestion involved granting remote access for further checks, which I couldn’t agree to due to security concerns. I requested a refund of at least 75% of my payment, but they denied it outright. I paid $1.19 monthly for a year, and even though I hadn’t completed the first month, my request for a partial refund was refused. I’m warning others considering this service due to its low price; I feel scammed and wish to prevent others from falling into the same trap.
