However, about 20 days post-purchase, I encountered increasing issues over a week. For instance, while using the service for gaming, I experienced both high ping and occasional packet loss. After disabling it, the packet loss vanished, but I still had slightly elevated ping. In another game, the service failed to stabilize my connection and instead made things worse. I contacted customer support, where they provided initial troubleshooting steps that didn’t help. Their final suggestion was to allow remote access for further checks, which I couldn’t agree to due to security concerns. I requested a refund of at least 75% of my payment, but they outright refused. I subscribed for $1.19 monthly for a year, and even after not completing the first month, my request for a partial refund was denied. I’m sharing this to warn others considering this service based on its low price, as I feel misled and want to prevent others from experiencing the same issues.
