I did not receive the product I ordered. I ordered a cashmere jumper, but what I received was 95% polyester and 5% elastane. AVOID THIS COMPANY. I requested to return it, but since it was a sale item, they refused to accept the return. All their items are on sale, meaning they don't accept returns. The email I received stated this was their Closing Sale. They offered me an additional discount on another product, but why would I ever buy from them again?
