This is not a legitimate company. If I could give it zero stars, I would. The items were not as described. There were no labels in the cardigan, which was clearly not cashmere. The coat was two sizes too small, even though it appeared roomy on the model. The fabric was also of poor quality. They refuse to refund, claiming it’s a closing down sale, as stated in the terms and conditions. I thought if a product is not as described, a refund was warranted. Lesson learned: just because a website has a padlock does not mean you'll be treated fairly.
