This company presents itself as a London-based entity, but I can find no record of it in London. When I ordered and received a tracking code, it became clear they are a Chinese company. When my order arrived (a pair of boots for my wife), they were clearly not the quality advertised (£330 reduced to just over £60), worth only about £20 to £30. They were also small, so I emailed to request a return as advertised. They replied that due to their closing down, they could not accept returns but offered me a discount on another purchase. I doubt the two ladies in the advertisement know their images are being used. Another Chinese company scamming British customers.
