I am giving this service a 1-star rating because there's no option for zero. I purchased two cashmere jumpers during their so-called closing down sale over six months ago. What I received were poorly made polyester items, completely different from what was displayed on the platform. They refused to accept a return, and after much back and forth, they agreed to a 60% refund, which I have yet to receive. Avoid this seller.
