One of the worst customer service I've ever had... I purchased a duffel bag and the bag had a black mark/stain inside. Clearly this was a returned item and shouldn't be sold as a new/unused item. After multiple attemps to reach out, they offered either 30%discount or refund as if it wasn't their falt! I feel like I was scammed.
