I bought the Siena Hobo Crossbody Bag (black/tan) but I had received an all black bag. When I contacted Nordace, they immediately organised for the correct bag to be sent to me. I expected to have to return the all black bag but they did not want me to incur return fees which was very generous. It is a very comfortable bag to wear and I am excited to use it soon on an overseas trip.

Product was not as roomy as advertised. It will not hold an iPhone in the advertised pocket if it has a case on it. Not great to carry a phone without protective case. Only 1 pair of glasses fit. If you have sunglasses and readers it won’t work.

Love this bag. It is a great size, lightweight and perfect for going back and forth between home and office as well as traveling. The water bottle holder and the ability to zip the entire bag closed are important factors for me when purchasing. I've had it for 1.5 months at the time of this review.

Sent me the wrong colour, took weeks to get an actionable response from them- I had to follow up. Said they’d sent the correct colour to rectify the situation, then days later they said they don’t have it in stock after all and for me to choose another colour. They did give me a refund to their credit. The one I got (grey) is HORRENDOUS quality. The fabric rips soooo easily and looks tacky and poor quality, I feel like it’s from Temu. I’m glad I got a refund but even though this backpack was free, I still feel ripped off- it’s that bad! The ‘roll top’ barely rolls. It doesn’t zip properly. The inside of the bag is nice but the outside is shocking quality. They should feel ashamed for selling these, especially at such a high price. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Big W makes better backpacks

Nordace not only makes a great backpack but they have wonderful people working for them. Their customer service is EXCELLENT!!! Recently, I made a mistake during the ordering process. I reached out and within a day I began working with Zaynne who was kind, courteous and helpful in resolving the error I made. I am very happy with my backpack and so appreciate being a customer of a company who is true to their product and true to their philosophy. I highly recommend Nordace!

The comb is ineffective and doesn't stay open

The comb fails to work properly, repeatedly reverting to its "unopened" state when I attempt to use it on my hair. Essentially, I am unable to comb my hair at all with this product. I wish I could share a photo for better clarity. I have reached out via email and followed up with another message to the company, but I have yet to receive any response.

My wonderful experience with my first purchase

This was my initial purchase from the company. I got a crossbody bag in blue, and I absolutely adore it. The size is just right, and it's impressive how much space it offers for my belongings without being heavy or cumbersome! Additionally, the quality is exceptional! I would definitely recommend this company's products!
