min hver dayI was surprised that the amount of 120dkk was suddenly being deducted by the bank.And found out that we need to pay for My Everyday Banking.Like what???Why so when we are a customer at your bank, thats the service bank should provide their customer.Anyway if so let me tell you Everytime i try to contact them after being on a line for almost an hour they say hello and hung up without saying anything.Second time you call the same thing happen and finally ended up writing an email which i need to wait at least 2,3 working days.Not only that the chat robot is something else too.If i ask something it cant give me the right answer.USELESS. This is the service you are charging as if you give the best service. VERY ANNOYING
