Have tried to clear all my money from my account and close it as I am moving to another bank and they still after 6 days did not sent the amout to another bank konto, like they have some problem,it never happend before. I think they refuse to close your account and want a next 3 month payment. Wh3n you cqll them on the phone they require you to type your cpr number and then you get all the time "forkert" message like your cpr number do not even exist, horror of a bank, not to mention all useless securoty features they have invented and they even advertise as something thry are proud of while making peoples lifes so complicated

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Impossible to reach customer support. You call at 8 am, they tell you the waiting time is 5-7 minutes. One hour later, you're still waiting. Worst bank I've ever had to deal with. Glad to be moving to another bank.
After almost 25 years as a customer, I have given my feedback directly to my adviser.My recommendation to others: think twice before becoming a customer in Nordea and read the reviews carefully in trustpilot before deciding.And to the person who will answer me here on TrustPilot: ask yourself why so many low ratings exist, and challenge your colleagues to be closer to your customers. Spend your energy on fixing the real reasons behind all these frustrated customers, instead of writing standard replies. Really sorry, but this is the reality.
Their customer service sucks big time.You call them from the mobile app then it say wait 62 min, what ? Then after you wait one hour, you get a support guy, but you need to approve that it is you with MitID , which is a bit slow open, then the line get cut then you can do it all over again.If that is not the worst bank in the world then I don't know, really terrible, Stay as far away as possible from Nordea
