I am a client if a Nordea Finland for 6 years already, and happy with their services. Full support in english if needed. Always reachable customer service an convenient permanently developing user mobile app and web private banking. Just recently i had an issue with the credit card. But i am not sure wether NETS is a part if Nordea, but NETS did not provide a good service in solving a dispute issue. If there is a possibility to change NETS to something else, I would recommend to do so, as they are does not care about their clients, unfortunately…
