By today date I want to register the worst experience ever plus non professional customer service and I have all screenshots! Me and my dad we tried to call and we waited customer service to answer us for 54 mins over the phone I tried to reach anybody and no one is there inly one person on Instagram and told me I advice you to wait when finally someone answers he told us you can go iso omena Nordea to get your username user id without appointment. After wasting 1 hour on phone we went to iso omena and we wasted another 45 mins to reach there my dad went inside and they told you cant have your user id today then I entered and talked again I said one EMPLOYEE said that we go there and we will get the user id!!! After talks and questions one employee was hesitated that this is right and he can get it again the first one said there is a problem opening the online banking for you today which is at all not professional answer what problem in a brand new account that wasn’t even activated ? After this experience it is only ONE decision am changing bank! And not advising anyone to open accounts there! No employee can say something that is not right I wasted 2 hours one over the phone and one to the bank itself, I wasted time I wasted energy and I wasted money!
