Worst bank I have ever come across. No communication - It has taken 3 months just to open an account. Please note I already have a bank account in Nordea Denmark, but apparently they are not connected or at least not yet. They say they will call back, but they never do (waiting in the phone for 30 min every time, just to be told they will call you back).Last week I finally had to go to the bank to sign some papers. They scheduled a meeting at 11:30, but when I arrived they said the banker was at lunch - Unacceptable! On top of that receptionist asked for my signature and told me they will contact me when things are ready. Just called back to hear about the status, since I haven't heard from them. Were told that I was a no show for the meeting. What is this? completely inacceptable way to run a bank and I recommend everyone to stay very far away from this bank!!!Note - Nordea Denmark is a completely different experience. Fully professional and everything handled in a timely manner.
