Excellent customer service

What an awesome company! I Recently ordered some frozen seafood which was shipped overnight via UPS and was set to arrive Friday. Due to UPS delays the package did not arrive until Monday evening thawed out but still cold. I received a phone call before my package even arrived stating that they had noticed my package had been delayed and they were prepared to send out a new package if mine arrived in poor condition. I called them back Monday evening and let them know the condition of my seafood and a new shipment arrived Tuesday evening completely frozen! Very impressed with the customer service I received. Thank you Nordic catch.
