This was my initial experience with the service. I ordered two of the sushi delivery kits. While I understand that their fresh and frozen sushi fish has received great reviews, these ready-made, frozen sushi trays fell short. The concept is interesting, and the packaging was impressive. It was somewhat enjoyable to see the pouch steam as it thawed the Nigiri pieces. Unfortunately, that was the highlight of the meal. The sushi itself had an unpleasantly strong fishy taste and consisted of very thin, inadequate portions. Overall, it's a creative idea that just didn't work out. Moving forward, I plan to order their actual sushi fish and prepare it myself.
