I had a very frustrating experience with the service. I ordered a new smartphone on December 15, which was delivered on December 18. From the moment I opened the package, the device was defective, and I contacted the support team that same day. After several communications, I returned the phone on December 29 as instructed. Since then, I've faced nothing but delays and vague responses. The device was sent for evaluation, but I was never given a clear timeline or solution. Despite the phone being faulty upon delivery, I was not offered an immediate refund or a new replacement. Instead, the process has been unnecessarily prolonged, which is unacceptable for such an expensive product. At times, it felt like the communication and handling of my case might have been different if I could communicate in another language, which was frustrating. Overall, the communication has been poor, the handling of the case slow, and the customer service disappointing. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
