I had an extremely disappointing experience with the service. I ordered a new smartphone on December 15, which arrived on December 18. From the moment I opened the package, the device was defective, and I contacted the support team that same day. After multiple communications, I returned the phone on December 29 as directed. Since then, I've faced nothing but delays and unclear responses. The device was sent for evaluation, but I was never provided with a specific timeline or solution. Despite receiving a faulty product, I was not given an immediate refund or a new replacement. The entire process has been unnecessarily prolonged, which is unacceptable for such a pricey item. At times, it felt like communication and case handling could have been better if I had been able to converse in another language, which added to my frustration. Overall, the communication has been inadequate, the case management slow, and the customer service disappointing. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service.
