I absolutely adore the clock. It’s very stylish. The afternoon customer service was fantastic. Although the clock took some time to arrive due to distance, it was definitely worth the wait. This is a small company with friendly service, deserving of support.
Our lights took weeks to arrive, but I hadn’t checked the average shipping times, so that’s on me. However, when my package arrived, it was left by the courier on the ground in the rain, outside our shed. They didn’t even knock or ring the bell. I contacted the company, and they simply said, 'sorry about that, does the light look wet?'. Thankfully, the rain didn’t seem to damage the packaging, so we proceeded. Unfortunately, the electrician found that the metal was bent and part of the light was broken. It looked as if the lights had been mishandled, but they were well packaged, so it’s unclear when that happened. Overall, I would never order from this company again.
I ordered a light fitting that never arrived. It was delivered to a random address. The company said they reordered my fitting, but it has again been delivered somewhere else. This has been ongoing for weeks and is very unprofessional! My address was provided correctly, but they can’t fulfill orders. Now I am awaiting a refund.
