I’ve been really impressed with Nordic Essentials customer services. I noted that a ‘delivery exception’ had appeared on the tracking for my order. I emailed customer services expecting to wait several days for a reply. A response came back within a couple of hours from one if their team who said he would check on the issue. Another prompt email confirmed an issue with the courier which Marius (the customer rep) sorted and reordered my door mat for me. It didn’t end there. I then received regular emails letting me know where my parcel was and when to expect delivery. What made this experience exceptional was not just the quick replies, but the fact that I was dealing with the same person throughout. Best customer support I’ve experienced.
