A manager from the company reached out today. She reiterated that two orders were placed, with separate confirmation emails. I searched my email multiple times but found no separate confirmation or shipping update for that second order. She offered to fully refund the second charge and I do not have to return the second product. I accepted the refund and appreciate the company's decision. However, I do not trust the information on their website regarding their location and ownership. They shipped two orders, but I only have emails for one. They charged me twice. When I contacted them, I was asked to provide proof of the double charge. I did that, but now they claim they can confirm two orders were made, yet they refuse to refund me for the extra item, even though I offered to return it if they provided a prepaid return label. What kind of business is this? It feels deceptive. BEWARE!
