I've always got quality products from your company. 20x20x5 merv 13 furnace filters. On this last shipment I received, the filter was damaged. It looked as though it had been crushed, prior to be placed in the shipping box. The box was not damaged in any way to indicate it happened in transit. I repaired it as best as I could, and replaced my old filter. You won't lose me as a customer, I was just a little disappointed.
