I thoughtlessly ordered the wrong size filters, and the return process was incredibly easy. I received an email that the refund was approved within 20 minutes and was told to donate the filters to a local charity instead of returning them. Customer Service: 10/10I started using Nordic Pure air filters when I lived in an apartment that had an old furnace that needed an odd size filter. I've moved since then, but I still order from NP because of the quality filters I've always received. I appreciate that they sell so many sizes (despite it leading to my ordering snafu) and include carbon for odor elimination. Great product, great customer service, you've got something to be proud of at Nordic Pure.
