I received the product but haven't had the chance to use it yet, so I can't provide any feedback at this time. I did notice that my mystery gift was missing, but customer service was helpful. They clarified that the gift was an e-gift card and not a physical one, and they resent it after I mentioned it wasn't in my spam folder. I'm pleased and ready to place another order. Thank you!
