I received my Nordic sculpt and haven't used it yet, so I can't provide feedback just yet. However, I plan to write another review once I do. I noticed my mystery gift was missing, but I reached out to the support team. They informed me that the gift was an e-gift card, and the friendly representative clarified that it wasn't a physical card. It wasn't in my spam folder, so they resent it. I have been waiting for over three weeks for the product to arrive. I have emailed the company six times, receiving the same response that they are looking into it. My inquiries about a replacement or refund have been ignored, and I requested information about a regulatory body to escalate the issue, but received no details.
Complete scam! Their money-back guarantee is a complete farce. The policy claims you need to provide either a usage log or before/after photos for a full refund. However, when you request the refund, they demand both, which contradicts their policy. They will offer various alternatives instead of the refund, including discounts and gift cards. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Their policy is simply a method to scam you out of money. They require a usage log or before/after photos with date and time for refunds. I have NEVER encountered a company with such a policy regarding refunds/returns. They also require you to wait 100 days. Clearly, this is a tactic to discourage you from pursuing a refund. Additionally, if you want to return it without following their process, you must pay $30 for shipping, which is excessive since it comes from Southeast Asia. The language in their policies is poor, indicating low production costs. I consulted my plastic surgeon, who noted limited research on devices like this and that my skin had stretched too much due to weight fluctuations. This product won't solve my issues with loose skin. I'm frustrated and intend to comment on all their advertisements.
