I received my Nordic sculpt and haven't used it yet, so I can't provide feedback just yet. However, I plan to write another review once I do. I noticed my mystery gift was missing, but I reached out to the support team. They informed me that the gift was an e-gift card, and the friendly representative clarified that it wasn't a physical card. It wasn't in my spam folder, so they resent it.
