I purchased the NordicTrack 2450 with high hopes, but it’s been nothing but a disappointment. Just 13 months after purchase (conveniently one month after the warranty expired), the iFit feature began disconnecting nearly every other use—completely unusable. Shortly after that, the treadmill started making a loud, awful noise that sounded like a broken bearing.I reached out to support twice about the iFit issue and got no response. Then I had to follow up three times regarding the mechanical issue before finally getting someone to talk to me. When I did manage to reach someone by phone, they initially offered to cover a technician visit. But just 30 minutes later, they rescinded that offer via email. Absolutely appalling customer service, especially for such an expensive piece of equipment.Save your money and steer clear. NordicTrack’s products and support are not worth the hassle.
