Adjustable iSelect dumbbells are faulty and the weights came loose and almost fell on me as I was working out. These dumbbells have been recalled by NordicTrack themselves, however, they require me to ship them their faulty handles back. Not only that - I am left to dispose of 100lbs of weight. This costs me more time and money on top of the money I spent on this horrendous product. Cherry on top - it takes up 90 days to get a refund AFTER they received the handles. Bad business, do not recommend.

Underwhelmed w the treadmill. For $2500 it’s very meh 🫤. Has to buy ifit programming to be able to have streaming apps and then you are limited to what they have preloaded. Controls are not super responsive. Overall it feels like a $1200 treadmill would not recommend.

I love it so far! We purchased it in November just in time for a long, snowy winter. I am so glad we got our treadmill or I wouldn't have been able to run as much as I have. The treadmill works great, and I love the various workouts available on iFit. We had one issue with it being squeaky after we assembled it, but iFit helped us get a tech out right away and it is running smoothly now.

Old exercise equipment was not hauled away, which I paid for and was assured by sale’s representative would occur upon delivery of the new treadmill and bike. Also, did receive the purchased exercise mat in a timely manner. Customer rep was MIA when I voiced my concerns. New machines are
fine, but Terrible customer service tarnished the consumer experience. I would not buy from NordicTrack if I had to do it over again.

My Nordic track commercial 1750 is a pretty solid machine although right off the first two months I’ve encountered up to three errors. The first one was the screen would change its volume. Some days it would be louder than others. Second issue I ran into was squeaking, or noise made when running on the deck that wasn’t incline or decking, which resulted in greasing the hinges that held the deck to the frame, and the last was a banging noise whenever the deck would raise or lower itself, according to the program, which was the result of a loose lock nut that had to be tightened. Overall, I feel this machine is great for home use as long as you are mechanically, inclined, and ready to deal with issues or else you may end up spending some money to have a repair man to come out frequently to tighten and lubricate your machine. Hopefully overtime I’ll experience less issues as I learn to maintain my machine.

The NordicTrack X24 Bike has been an excellent exercise bike. Over the past four months it has been used frequently and the features have made it very enjoyable to use. The iFit subscription is not cheap, but I would consider it an essential component. I have enjoyed rides from around the world and have barely scratched the surface of the amount of ride series and workout programs available.

The Nordic Track works great for us. My biggest issue is that you have to have a subscription to use the streaming apps on the machine. I feel like there should be different levels of membership for individuals that just want to use the streaming function but not the guided workouts.

Overwhelmed upon my initial purchase of the NordicTrack Studio Bike NTEX71021! Easy installation, setup instructions were on point and the programs for me were perfect. I've never owned a product like this before so this was a first. I also enjoyed the one year IFIT Coach and the program selections 1 year subscription. However I'd like to point out even though this is all great, it's not necessary for me and when the subscription ends, you are either forced to renew or get "no service" at all. I'm not one to want anything for free and it's not an overly expensive product but I believe the basic service should provide at least use of the track screen, work out time, calorie burn, repetitions and the consistent use of the "fan". Basic cheap systems at least provide these options and as stated this isn't the most expensive but it is $500+. The system after the first year in defense provide these basic functions for approximately another 3 years but that also ends. If you do not renew you are left with a frame that peddles. I have other gym equipment but I believe this product as time has past has become my biggest disappointment. In hindsight I would not have ever purchased it. Just my opinion.....

It’s been an up-and-down journey over the last four years with my NordicTrack x32i treadmill and NordicTrack bike—but today, I can confidently say it’s been worth it.

When I first brought them home, I was blown away. The large, immersive screens and the world-class iFIT instructors instantly elevated my workouts. The trainers are truly best-in-class—engaging, motivating, and incredible storytellers. They take you around the world while pushing you to be better, and they genuinely make you want to get on your treadmill or bike multiple times a week.

There was a stretch—about a year—where I experienced frustrating shutdown issues with my treadmill. Workouts would cut off mid-session, and it tested my patience. I went through multiple troubleshooting steps, from upgrading my WiFi hardware to reinstalling software and applying firmware updates. It wasn’t easy. But once everything was resolved, the experience returned to being seamless and reliable. Since then, my workouts have been smooth and consistent.

The only other area that could impact a star rating is the subscription cost. To unlock the full power of the machine, you need the iFIT membership, and it is an investment—comparable to some gym memberships. While you can still use the treadmill without it (and I’ll say, the cushioning is excellent and easy on the knees, with solid metric tracking), you miss the immersive, motivating experience that truly makes this equipment special.

Last year, when I was considering canceling, I received a call from an iFIT representative, Jonah G. That call changed everything. He offered me a rate that made the subscription much more affordable and followed up to make sure I was enjoying the service. I’ve honestly never experienced that level of proactive, thoughtful customer service. Jonah also introduced me to a heart rate monitor promotion, which has been a complete game changer for my motivation and performance. His support made a real difference—thank you, Jonah!

With everything considered, I give NordicTrack and the iFIT subscription 5 stars. If you struggle with motivation, consistency, physical health, or even mental health, this setup can be transformational. Whether your goal is to walk your first mile or train for a marathon, there are structured programs that will guide you, push you, and help you stay accountable.

For me, it’s more than just equipment—it’s become a long-term investment in my health and I wanted to share my experience. I hope it helps those of you out there trying to decide if these products are right for you.
